Designer Developer – Graduate, Intern, PHP, C++, .NET – SqrOne are a leading B2B communications company; we specialise in end-to-end communications solutions including fixed line and business broadband, mobile services – specialising in BlackBerry and Android, iPhone and 3/4G, and Near Field Communications. We are one of O2′s key Approved Business partners and manage all SME opportunities in the Central, South West and South Wales regions, and we are the leading third party sales agent for eMerit – the UK’s only PCI compliant mobile payment solution.
We are based in the wonderful city of Bristol – the gateway to the South West; we have a great team that contribute to being South Best!
We urgently need to recruit an eBusiness Manager to help us drive our eBusiness plans. This is a unique and unrivalled role in that we plan to fast track and grow this income stream into a stand-alone business and for the right person, there is an opportunity of share options in the future new set up.
For now we urgently need someone with the following skills profile:
- Experience of designing, writing and producing websites
- Knowledge of eMarketing and Analytics
- Experience of running eMarketing/email marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of and managing CRM tools, Sugar, Sales Force etc.
- Running websites that taken payment over the Internet
- Technically a good grounding in C++, PHP, .net programming would be great
- Any experience of producing and promoting customer reference sites/testimonials

As an ideal candidate you MUST be able to demonstrate on BOTH your CV and at interview that you are a self-starter who doesn’t just want a job’ but that you are someone who wants to really get into the nuts and bolts of a company and mould your own future. You must have a good business brain and have the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges. You’ll also need a thick skin and good sense of humour wouldn’t go amiss…!

This position is an immediate start; candidates will need to live within an easily commutable distance of our offices in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. – or be prepared to relocate at their own expense.
Our preference would be too take an Intern/Graduate, train that person over a 3-6 month period, before putting in place the path to building a new and stand alone business.
