Training & Solutions Engineers required to support the Training and Simulation group within a major defence client. Reporting to the head of Training, you will be required to undertake practical based research identifying and capturing training requirements, analysing training needs and providing technical advice to Customers.The post will require an analytical approach to solving problems, concept development and ability to present complex information in an easy digestible manner.The successful candidate must have experience in system design and engineering. Will have experience of training needs analysis and training course material development including the ability to develop training plans. Knowledge and expertise of training process, approaches, strategy and concepts. Knowledge of training needs analysis methodologies. Knowledge of requirements engineering, including the ability to capture requirements, and to generate and review requirements documents. Ability to apply technical experience in a theoretical way, to develop concepts and undertake abstract based research.You will be responsible for delivery of group targets as a defined part of the overall Practice's business targets.
